2019 Deductible Change; Open Enrollment Mailing:

The Trustees have voted to remove the annual deductible ($100 Single/$200 Family) for the 2019 calendar year. This improvement stems from the partial settlement of the recent collective bargaining process between UPS and the IBT.

Please also note that an important packet from the Health Plan was mailed mid-October 2018 containing a Summary of Material Modifications and other plan compliance information, please refer to the Mailings posted on this website and contact the Fund Office at (855) 215-2039 to verify we have your correct address.

If you reside in CA and HI, you may also change your Medical Carrier during Open Enrollment which ends on 11/16/2018 for Medical Carrier changes to be effective 1/1/2019. If you wish to change your Medical Carrier, you may download an Election Form from this website. All Open Enrollment changes must be received at the Fund Office by 11/16/2018.
